Below is the schedule for Sunday nights between May and August.  Please mark your calendars and participate in as many events as possible. It's going to be a great summer here at Front Street Baptist Church!  As you can see, the summer will focus on strengthening relationships within the church and reaching out to those in our community.

June 22 - 27, 2008!

6:00 - 8:30 p.m. Each Night
 
 

Please mark your calendars and plan to help with this year's VBS.  The sign up sheets are on the bulletin board just inside the rear entrance to the Educational Building.  Please sign up or talk to Karen Shea about your area of interest and giftedness.

 

Our theme this year is science.  We will be in need of science-related decorations and props.  The following are items that we will need to have donated:


Pool Noodles

Balloons (all colors, but particularly dark blue, light blue and white)

Hair Gel (any kind)

Neon Food Coloring

Balloon Air Pumps

Hula Hoops

Dawn Dish Soap

Corn Syrup

Bubble Wands

Bubble Solution

Sand Buckets

Mentos Mint Candies

2 Liter Bottles of Diet Drink

Beach Balls

Long Dowels

Fishing Line

Paper Towel Tubes

During April, there will be a month-long drive for boxes of Kleenex for N.B. Mills School.  Marked boxes will be located in the hall outside the church office and in the educatioal building.

High Five is an opportunity for children who have completed third grade up to those who have completed sixth grade.  We begin at 2:30 pm with a mission project.  Afterwards we eat dinner together and enjoy a fun activity until 7:30 pm.

 

Sign up sheets will be posted soon on the 2nd floor of the Educational Building!  Check out your summer schedules and sign up for those you can come to.  For children who are not able to participate, we will continue our regular CiA classes.
